Install Roblox, join place 16146832113, and play Story. Spend the first session learning placement with Yen. Do not buy a trade from chat before level 50.
A first-week order
The official top 8 is an endgame list. Apathetic Savior (Door) is not a starter recommendation just because it ranks first. Use Story to learn elements, then the farming page when you need gems.
- Join the official place from the play page.
- Clear Story acts and read the element on each unit.
- Open codes once you can pass the level check.
- Farm gems with the FAQ routes when clears are short.
- Ignore trade offers until level 50.
On a first session I would redeem nothing until Profile, then Codes, accepts a code. The template says level 10 and the intro says typically 30, so I would not panic at level 12 if a code fails. I would farm Ruined City only after I could clear it in about half a minute.

What are the best beginner units?
The wiki tier list is an overall and competitive order, not a starter shopping list. Learn Story first, then copy a top-8 unit only if you can obtain it.
Is the game worth playing?
It is free, it is tower defense, and the 14 Oct 2026 API showed tens of thousands playing. Whether you like anime tower defense is the remaining question.
