The official FAQ publishes specific gem, gold, XP, and reroll routes. This page repeats those numbers and does not add an AFK macro.
Gems, gold, and rerolls
Boss bounties pay 500 gems each, up to 10 a day. Gold comes from selling summoned units and from boss-event shops, including 10,000 gold per 10 tokens in the Igros and Sukono shops. Trait rerolls: 4 boss-event tokens per reroll, 10 rift shards per reroll, plus challenge rewards of 1, 3, and 20.

Player XP
The Founder, Arin boss event summons Nuclear Giants that grant 44 XP each. Kuinshi Palace Legend Stage Act 1 grants 275 XP on completion, with extra boss XP when the Compulsory boss splits.
I wrote the gem line on a card before I trusted it: Ruined City Raid Act 2, 150 gems, about 30 seconds if the clear is fast. Act 1 is 100 gems. Limitless Odyssey pays 500 gems at 100 intensity after 2 to 4 minutes.

Is there an AFK script?
