Own True Shadow Monarch and enter Shadow Trials through Event Modes. This is a real-time arena for 1-4 players, separate from the older familiar-reward Trials.
Seven trials and Job Change
Seven shadow opponents can be replayed on Hard and Nightmare for stars after clearing. Defeated shadows have three Arise attempts before disappearing. At level 25, with six shadows arisen and A-Rank, Job Change unlocks Necromancer, the two Monarch abilities, a fourth army slot and Igros the Bloodred.
Gates, relics and rewards
Gates have three to five rooms, modifiers and a boon after each room. The gate board changes daily. Gate bosses and Weekly Calamity drop relics, with up to three equipped. Reaching level 25 pays 250 Trait Rerolls and 250 Memoria Shards in total. Every seventh streak day gives a Monarch's Cache containing 150 of each; every enemy has a 5% Left Arm of the Saint drop chance.
